The nano-coating is only 100 nano-meters thick, 1/1000th the width of a human hair, non-toxic, invisible and virtually undetectable to the touch. Most importantly, it doesn’t change the “feel” of the coated item and can be applied to virtually any surface, from complex electronics to common materials like paper and fabric.

The Nano coating works by creating surface tension at the molecular level, rather than sealing the underlying surface (the traditional water-resistance approach). This unique approach allows the coating to repel water (super-hydrophobic), while still allowing air to pass through, allowing the protected surface to perform as though the coating weren’t there. In addition, because the surface tension repels larger molecules, salt and other corrosives can’t bind to it, protecting the surface from corrosion and bacteria.

We offer several types of partnerships and opportunities for retailers and telecom companies.

Pre- Treated Inventory This type is for retailers and telecom companies that are interested in carrying devices treated with AquaCoat in their shops. We coat a certain amount of new mobile phones at a certain discount, offering a margin for the stores carrying them.
This will be a marketing add-on which will increase client traffic as well as sales. This will also increase profit sharing due to reduced costs per device. In addition to that, they will be listed as a preferred store in our list of partners.

Drop-off Shop This type is for retailers who are not willing to invest in a pre-treated inventory. Their shops will be used as drop-off shops, where clients who are willing to use our services will drop-off their mobile devices at these locations.
The shops will benefit from a certain discount; this will be a marketing add-on which will increase client traffic as well as sales. This will also increase profit sharing due to reduced costs per device. In addition to that, they will be listed as a preferred store in our list of partners.

AquaCoat™ is a unique coating that is meant to protect your electronic device from damage resulting from accidental and incidental exposure to water. We never suggest or recommend that your device may come in contact with water or any other type of liquid. We do not warrant that the coating of your device will work perfectly or that it will work under all conditions.
We warrant that the coating will be applied to your device in accordance with our design specifications and that neither the coating material nor the application process will damage your device. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your device, including, but not by way of limitation, through your use or misuse of your device or during shipping to or from our coating facility. Registration of Warranty Rights
To protect and preserve your warranty rights, you must make sure that your device is registered on the AquaCoat™ website, unless applicable law specifies otherwise. Each coated device has an ID Card that mentions the Serial number of the device as well as our AquaCoat ID Number, this should be always used as a reference for future trackings.

At AquaCoat™, privacy of the data is one of our main concerns. We make sure that our customers feel safe by giving us their devices. During our QA process we have to turn on the devices just to make sure they are fully functional. If a device does not turn on, the customer will be notified before starting the coating process. We do recommend customers to put a password before giving us their devices so they feel safe about it, memory cards and Sim Cards have to be treated too in order to minimize the risk of getting damaged.

AquaCoat™ recommends the following simple steps to help recover a phone that has come in contact with water and/or liquid:

1. Power down the device and remove the battery. Do not charge for 24 hours.
2. Remove any covers and dry the device with cloth removing as much excess water from the phone as you can. If you have a flip or slide phone, you should open it up, so air can reach the keypad.
3.Leave the phone powered off for a minimum of eight hours to give the internal circuitry a chance to dry out.
4. Do not use hairdryers, microwaves, heaters, or other such devices on the phone.
If possible, place the phone by a fan, or in a place where there is good air circulation.
5. General advice: always make sure you backup your data regularly in case your phone is ever severely damaged.
